Clone Projects: Copy Project to New Project (Branding, Consent Settings, etc.) w/ Regional Selection

This feature will add the ability to easily copy existing projects and their settings (branding, consent settings, etc.). This will include the ability to select just the default region or the default region and any additional desired regions.
Original request: Template function that lets us copy & paste all or most settings
I have to set up a lot of domains in the forseable future. Pretty much all clients have the same settings. Id love to see a feature that lets me save and select the most used settings, so I dont have to set up the same: naming, translations etc for every domain.

Clone Projects: When setting up a new project in Concordโs Admin UI, users now have the ability to clone existing project settings.
Benefits include: Save time by quickly selecting an existing project and cloning settings like branding, text overrides, and regional settings.

We had already been thinking about some functionality in this area. Would copying an existing project or region suffice here or would you want to see a more detailed template system?
