Consent Banner Box/Dialog Options w/ Location Support

The user facing consent banner, privacy center, and floating button were recently rebuilt to allow for a number of additional customizations now and easier customizations in the future.

This release includes the following updates:

• A box/dialog option for the consent banner with location support (center, bottom left, top left, etc.).
• Updated consent banner UI styling for different layouts.
• Ability to view new banner options in the consent banner editor in the Admin UI.
• Updated consent banner animations.
• Layout improvements for the consent banner and floating button editors.
• Addition of a new shield floating button icon option.
