We're excited to introduce Passkeys & Enhanced Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Controls in Concord — adding an extra layer of protection to help keep your privacy and compliance operations secure.
As privacy and trust evolve into core enterprise infrastructure, securing access to your data is critical. With both Passkeys and MFA support, Concord customers can choose how to strengthen account security while maintaining a seamless login experience.
Concord now supports two different secure authentication options:
Use time-based one-time passwords generated by apps like Google Authenticator, Authy, or 1Password for secure verification at login.
Leverage device biometrics, hardware security keys, or platform authenticators for secure, passwordless authentication.

Security and trust are foundational to Concord's unified privacy and compliance platform. With MFA and Passkeys both available now, companies can add an extra layer of defense to protect their accounts and their data.
MFA is now available in your Security Settings under My Profile → Account Settings.
