Trackers Table "Show Ignored" Switch

To help ensure compliance by helping make sure nothing falls between the cracks, we detect a much larger number of trackers (cookies, scripts, iframes, etc.) than most other consent management platforms. While all cookies should be classified (hence the unclassified tag for unidentified cookies), most scripts can be safely ignored unless they deal with customer data. Because of that, our trackers section can be a little overwhelming in some cases depending upon the number of ignored scripts that are detected. To provide a better experience for our users, this story will enable the following in the Admin UI trackers table:

• Ignored trackers will be hidden by default.
• There will be a new "Show Ignored" switch at the top of the table to quickly show ignored trackers as well (so they can be occasionally reviewed).
• We will add a helpful tooltip explaining that part of the process.
