Updated Organization & Project Wizards

To help with smoother setup of new organizations and projects, we have added some additional options into the setup wizards. The updates include:

• Added consent settings configuration options to the project and organization wizards, including additional guidance on the initial settings. It is typicallly best to start in discovery blocking mode during initial deployment, moving to strict or permissive mode after categorizing unclassified cookies any ignored scripts that are known to collect user data (many ignored scripts, images, links, etc. can be safely ignored but should be reviewed during the initial setup to ensure nothing falls between the cracks).
• Added better coupled handling to the Do Not Sell (DNS) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) options. When GPC is enabled, DNS should also be enabled.
• Added initial branding configuration to the organization wizard (colors and logo).
